Yoga in Cathedral Park

Join me for a super chill Sunday morning class. This will be a slow and restorative vinyasa flow. All levels are welcome. The class is set to a fun playlist of birds, nature sounds, and Sunday drivers on the St. Johns bridge!

We'll meet at the field side of the park near the boat ramp and parking lot. Go down Baltimore Street and you'll drive right into the lot.
