What to Expect In Class:
Traditional HatHa Yoga emphasizing yoga postures, breathing techniques & meditation. Hatha yoga allows for more attention to detail and alignment in each pose. This class is heated to 80-85 degrees.
*Mats + Props provided. Hot/cold tea &/or Hot/cold towel provided. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to find parking and settle in.
