Who says Spooky Season starts in October? Not us! We're celebrating Spooky Summer over here, stretching to a spooky playlist and then joining the Hidden Marietta team for a walking Ghost Trek on Putnam Street!
Intensity Level: Gentle
Theme: Third Eye Chakra, Spooky, Prep for Walking
Indoors/Outdoors: Indoors for yoga at 6, Outdoors for a 90 minute walking Ghost Trek
Cost: $45
Sensory Notes: This class is combined with a 90 minute walking tour and ghost stories. Our yoga class will be focused on prepping for a longer walk, but will also have spooky undertones and will encourage tapping into your Third Eye during our walk.
What else to bring: Please bring a mat, water, and any other yoga props you may have, and enjoy using. We often have straps, blocks, blankets and community mats to use, but can never guarantee there will be enough.
Parking: Parking is plentiful and free, on 2nd Street (location of the class), as well as the large lot across the street from Rockstar Wellness. The meeting spot for the tour is less than a block from class, so we'll just leave our cars where they are for the trek/walking tour.
A waiver is signed at the beginning of each class that states you agree to take charge of your own practice and listen to your body. We also do a class photo but you never have to be in it, and we ask that if you do take photos in class, you make sure everyone in the photos wants to be. 🙂
We do not offer refunds to credits for classes, but your reservation can be transferred to another student by you, for the same class you've reserved a spot for. Thank you for understanding.
