Yoga Fundamentals with Maren RobinsonCome join us each Wednesday from 5:30-6:30pm for a gentle vinyasa yoga class. This class is perfect for beginners and those looking to strengthen their basic asana practice. Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle.
Cost: This is a donation based class. All proceeds go to support the Zen Center. Suggested donation $15.
