A class for everyone to explore the basics of yoga. This class is both for new practitioners and people looking for a slower, more foundational class. Yoga Fundamentals does not generally include flow, connecting multiple poses together, but works on one pose at a time.

This class is held on the second floor of Esplanade at City Park (3443 Esplanade Ave). Street parking is available around Moss St and Esplanade Ave, or you can park in City Park and walk over. Once you enter the building, take the stairs or elevator to the second floor. From there, go left down the hallway. The yoga studio is the second door on the left.
