This six week series is an exploration of yoga basics. True beginners as well as practicing yogis will benefit as we workshop the postures, the many uses of yoga props, and practice simple breathing exercises and meditation. In this small group class we will begin with sun salutations and the power of linking breath to movement. This simple and potent “flow” structure will be the foundation for the remains of the series as we play with new poses each week and gently add them into our practice. Students will leave with a solid framework to confidently step into a variety of studio classes or begin their own home practice.Class Dates:
