Yoga Foundation Workshop Series

Join Sophia Eveline for a 5-week hands on workshop experience that breaks down common yoga poses to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and minimise injuries for longevity. This isn't your typical yoga class... Instead of flowing quickly from pose to pose, we'll slow everything down to explore how each posture works in your unique body.
Through fun explorations, demonstrations, hands-on guidance, and personalised feedback, you'll learn how to improve mobility, refine your alignment and develop greater body awareness. Whether you're a student of yoga wanting more confidence (beginners welcome) or a yoga teacher looking to deepen your understanding of your body and how to cue, these workshops will give you a new layer to your practice.
Each week will build on the previous week. You’ll have the opportunity to learn the mechanics and approaches to how you can utilise your breath alongside common yoga poses like lunges, Warrior 1, 2, 3, half moon, cat & cow, halfway lift, Yogi squat, planks, downward facing dog, tree pose and more.
5 Week Workshop series breakdown:
Workshop 1 - Hands & Feet Fundamentals (11/8/26)
Workshop 2 - Shoulders & Back (18/8/26)
No class on 25/8/26
Workshop 3 - Hips & Pelvis (1/9/26)
Workshop 4 - Core, Spine & Breath (8/9/26)
Workshop 5 - Leg Balances (15/9/26)
