About this Event

Welcome to Yoga Forward Gratitude Fest 2024!

Come join us at the First Unitarian Universalist Church of Salt Lake City for a day filled with yoga, gratitude, and community. This event is all about moving our bodies, calming our minds, and embracing the spirit of thankfulness. This event is in support of Yoga Forward, a non-profit that is taking yoga where it isn't.

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or brand new to the practice, there will be something for everyone. Enjoy classes led by experienced instructors, meditation sessions to center yourself, and workshops to deepen your practice. Vendors and Food will also be on hand for some holiday shopping and to keep yourself fueled up!

A prize raffle will also be happening throughout the day with a grand prize of a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training with Yoga Assets!
