Amore Yoga & 223 Main have come together to raise money for Susan Novak (local Lemont resident). For those who have not heard, there was a fire in Susans home on May 31st and she lost her brother Scott, her dog Idget, and all of her belongings. While the class is free, we urge everyone to please donate. A blue bin from the Hope and Friendship Foundation will be present and 100% of the donations will go to Sue. You can donate money or gift cards that she can use to replace clothing, groceries, personal care needs, fuel, etc.
Stefanie Rovito, owner of Amore Yoga will be teaching the class. It will be a beginning yoga class, but all levels are welcome! The class will be outside, but may take place inside if the weather is bad. Please bring your own mat, water and a towel.
