Yoga for Stress | Friday’s at 5:30 PM Sometimes stress doesn’t just live in the mind — it settles into the shoulders, the jaw, the chest, the belly. It becomes the tension you carry without even realizing it.
Yoga for Stress class is intentionally designed to help your body and nervous system unwind from the constant “go-go-go” of life and reconnect with a deeper sense of steadiness, safety, and ease.
Through mindful movement, grounding breathwork, gentle strength, and restorative postures, we create space to:
✨ Release accumulated tension from the body
✨ Calm mental overwhelm and emotional reactivity
✨ Support nervous system regulation
✨ Shift out of fight-or-flight and into a more connected, rested state
This is not about pushing or forcing.
It’s about exhaling.
Softening.
Remembering what it feels like to truly relax.

She is currently completing her doctoral studies in Acupuncture & Traditional Chinese Medicine and preparing to open a clinical practice in Summer 2026 offering acupuncture, herbal therapies, and integrative women’s health care.
