Our Yoga for Anxiety & Stress workshop is lead by a Licensed Counselor, Kacy Long, who has a passion for helping people connect back to their bodies in a nonjudgemental way, evaluate their habits, and feel confident and content in their lives.
In this 2-day retreat, you will gain access to tools to help you evaluate your stress, manage your stress & anxiety, and develop your yoga practice, all lead by a trauma-informed therapist.
You will receive a workbook that includes information about the psychology behind stress and anxiety, journaling prompts, organizational tools, reflection questions, and three yoga sequences that you can come back to again and again. Stop letting your stress and anxiety rule your experience and start living your life again!
This retreat will provide you with 6 hours of yoga, education, and skill-building with the professional instruction and supervision of a licensed therapist.
This weekend retreat is divided up into 3 2-hour segments. Each two-hour session is $75 or you can book the entire weekend for $197.
