Yoga for Skaters (*for all 💖) Beginner friendly, all bodies welcome.
WHAT:
Free offering each 1st Saturday at 10:00am-10:50am at the Wake N Skate. Yoga led by Marie of Soaring Soul Wellness. Join us as we gently strengthen and stretch the key skating muscles, improve balance, and finish in a sweet guided meditation. Bring your mat or borrow one (limited).
The dj’d skate begins right after yoga at 11:00am. There are also free skate rentals, brunch bites and coffee available for this event.
COST & LOCATION:
This is a FREE event, held at either the outdoor Riverfront Rink at Sawyer Point at 925 Riverside Dr 45202 - or - at the indoor OTR CRC rink ($5 drop in or free with @cincyrec membership) at 1710 Race Street 45202.
