Yoga for Runners Workshop

All gas and no brakes leaving you depleted? Come add to your recovery toolbox with Yoga for Runners, a 60-minute workshop led by someone who understands the struggle of juggling weekly mileage, strength training, and mobility work. This workshop is for runners and athletes of all types, including (and especially for) those who can't touch their toes. Participants will move through basic yoga poses, stretches, and mobility drills with the goal of nurturing body awareness, opening, and stability. If you can get up and down off the floor, you are prepared for this class.
About the instructor: In addition to being a yoga instructor, Sandi is an experienced runner. She has completed two marathons, six half marathons, and countless races at other distances. Sandi is also proud to be a 2026 Rising Hearts Charity athlete and all proceeds from this workshop will support her fundraiser for Rising Hearts. Rising Hearts is an indigenous-led organization that focuses its work on movement advocacy, storytelling, and amplifying community voices.
