Join the Run for Grace Run Club and The Yoga Roots + as we celebrate National Yoga Awareness Month! ✨📅 Sunday, September 21st
⏰ Meet for the run/walk at 9:30am (takeoff at 9:45am) followed by the Yoga Class at 10:30am.
📍 The Yoga Roots: 604 West Avenue L in Lancaster, Ca.
We will start with a short 1 to 3-mile run or walk 🏃♀️🚶 followed by an energizing Vinyasa yoga class hosted by The Yoga Roots team. 🧘🏼
This class is perfect for all levels and will help you stretch, breathe, align, and have FUN! 💪
🔥 Classes are heated to 83-89 degrees, so get ready to sweat, tap into your deepest potential, and push the limits of what is possible.
👉 Space is limited to 40 participants, so RSVP through the SweatPals link and you MUST fill out The Yoga Roots waiver to participate.📝(16 years and older please)
💛 A $10 donation is required to participate and helps support the Run for Grace Run Club.
