About your teacher:
Lee Albert, NMT created Structural Yoga Remedies to eliminate or reduce chronic pain associated with many neuromuscular conditions. He is trained in Neuromuscular Therapy and has been practicing yoga for 20 years and leads workshops at the Kripalu Center. Lee is the author of “Live Pain-Free without Drugs or Surgery.”.
