Learn how to support students experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more through accessible yoga, nervous system regulation, and inclusive language. Includes QPR suicide prevention certification, class templates, and real-world guidance for teaching in studios, schools, and treatment centers. CEUs available.
