Your mental health matters! Kick-start the new year by igniting your wellness journey through yoga. This is your opportunity to connect with a supportive community and learn how to improve your mental health through mindful movement.
Join us for a special 4-week series led by Sara Cain-Da Costa (E-RYT500). Each session will combine gentle flow yoga, breathwork, meditation, and positive affirmations to nurture your mental wellness. We’ll also dedicate time for engaging group discussions, leaving you feeling inspired and empowered.
What to Expect:
- Gentle Flow Yoga: A 45-minute class infused with practices specifically crafted to support your mental health, helping you feel rejuvenated and centered.
- A Supportive Environment: Connect with others in HopeWay's warm, welcoming space while accessing local mental health resources.
- Group Discussions: Thoughtful conversations that inspire and uplift, fostering a sense of belonging and understanding.
Who Should Attend:
- Superheroes navigating life with mental health challenges.
- Whether you’re new to yoga or experienced, this series is adaptable for all bodies and abilities.
Details:
- Each 60-minute session will include grounding exercises, yoga, discussions, and shared resources to support individuals living with a mental illness.
- Yoga mats will be provided, though you’re welcome to bring your own.
