Introduce your children to a gentle yoga practice that focuses on stress relief, anger management, self-awareness & a positive self-image. Yoga mat, towel, or blanket; blocks (if desired), and water to stay hydrated. Children should wear clothes that are comfortable, yoga socks if need to avoid sliding on the mat. Meet at the Oval Lawn and walk to the shady East Glade. For kids ages 5 and up. Free for members, included in general admission. Registration required
