Yoga for Kids

Join us for kids' yoga at Open Eye Yoga! We are very excited to host yoga classes for kids in our community. As yoga students, we all recognize the benefits of practicing yoga, and we believe in spreading this knowledge, useful tools and lifelong lessons starting at a young age. This class is a great opportunity to introduce yoga into your child’s world. We will discuss yoga basics, play with movement, yoga games, breath and chanting.
Open to ages 5-12.
Free for members, $15 for drop ins.
Liz Graham
My name is Liz Graham, I was born and raised here in Tulsa, Ok. I have always had a love for movement, self care and yoga since I was about 14 years old. I heard the mountains calling me several years ago and left Tulsa to head to Colorado Springs, Co where I decided to fully commit to my yoga practice and got my 200 hour certification from my favorite studio in town and started teaching immediately. I teach Power Vinyasa, Vinyasa and later received training for yin yoga. I met my husband in Colorado and decided to join him and his family and focus on his family sanctuary full time. We decided to move the farm to Washington state where we lived in Friday Harbor, San Juan Island. I managed a coffee shop in town and continued teaching yoga. We were married and soon were expecting our first precious gift, Wesley. With us knowing we wanted to continue growing our family and continuing our love of the farm/sanctuary life, we decided to go full circle and come home to Tulsa. We welcomed our daughter, Charlotte, this past summer! Right now, I am devoting most of my time to my children and focusing on growing as many opportunities for kids to get into yoga here in Tulsa as much as I can!
