Yoga Workshop with professional yoga teacher from Eastbourne Olga Oakenfold. Olga approaches yoga with deep understanding of biomechanics of the body and movement therapy, to prevent or even reverse injury.
During this yoga workshop you will learn how to use therapeutic alignment of the body to help your back and hips become stronger, more flexible and reduce tension. We will be focusing on the lower back, hips and pelvis. I will encourage you to listen to your body and practise safely and lovingly to yourself.
It doesn't matter how flexible you are or where you are starting from, you will leave with the greater feeling of freedom and space. You will be practicing postures, breathing exercises and meditation/ relaxation at the end of the workshop.
Suitable for beginners. Booking is essential.
