Yoga for Grief

We will begin with a psychoeducational presentation that explores types of grief and what to look out for when grief may become clinical (Handouts are included in class fee.)

We will continue with gentle and restorative poses that allow participants to slow down and connect to themselves physically and emotionally. Yoga sequence handouts are included to continue the yoga practice in your own time.

*Please bring your own yoga mat, throw blanket, and a pillow.
