Tending a garden is a labor of love—but it can also be hard on the body. Digging, planting, weeding, and harvesting all ask a lot from our hands, wrists, shoulders, and back.In this 90-minute workshop, we’ll explore gentle yoga practices designed to support and restore the body of a gardener. Through mindful movement, stretching, and rest, you’ll learn how to release tension, improve mobility, and build sustainable strength for the activities you love.
This workshop will include:
Joint care for hands, wrists, and shoulders
Gentle strength and mobility for the spine and hips
Restorative postures for recovery
A simple take-home sequence you can use after time in the garden
Whether you’re an avid gardener or just getting your hands in the soil, this class will help you care for your body as deeply as you care for your plants.
