Dear online friends I invite you to join us and meet in person and practice together yoga, breathwork, meditation and yoga nidra with Music Journey.Akroasis Wellness & Therapy creates an open space for people who are more into networking, socializing and sharing and this event aims to give the opportunity to people to come together and expand their social circle.
The class itself will help you stretch and open up your body and whole energy so you can deeply relax and let go of the troubles and stresses of the day.
