We’re excited to invite you to our next Yoga/Book Club Event at M&M Tack Shop on January 15!🧘♀️📚🐴We will be having fun exploring hip openers!! These yoga sessions are specially designed for the equestrian body—no need to be super flexible! The focus is on creating suppleness and balance to support your riding and overall well‑being.
Afterwards we’ll be chatting about the book Eighty Dollar Champion and enjoying the snacks and drinks provided!! Come for one or both… you dont even have to read the book! 😄
✨ Bonus: All participants will be entered to win either a free bodywork session OR an Equiband system!
