Reiki-infused yoga practice. Join for movement, breath, dialogue, and the community vibe. Classes incorporate a range of practice, from the physical postures which we will practice weekly, to breath regulation, concentration, meditation, and teachings based in yogic philosophy.

Teachings are devoted to the ultimate goal of yoga: liberation. Bring your wholeness and come as you are. All welcome, all levels, no experience needed. Bring your own mat or one will be provided. See you soon and stay well!
