Yoga for Dancers & Movers is an all-levels yoga class designed to target overused and uncared for muscle groups!Intentional yoga can reduce the risk of injury while doing other dance and movement activities by building strength, increasing mobility, and practicing gentle flexibility. You'll experience a full-body experience with a blend of yoga flow, deep stretch, and restorative yoga principles.
For beginners or those not familiar with yoga terms, Autumn will provide verbal and visual cues to make the class as easy to follow as possible!
All identities & abilities welcome. $10 drop-in, included for Unlimited Members! This class is non-refundable.
