YOGA FOR CHARITY is BACK!In 2023, RAD7 will offer YOGA classes at Flash Fitness in District 7 next to 4Ps. Suggested donation 100k.
We have 2 instructors; Nicole Lindskog and Kerstin Lemmens who will rotate each month and instruct classes on the 2nd and 4th week of the month for the entire year. Each month we will provide either a Wednesday or Saturday class. This gives our volunteer instructors a break.
Here is the calendar for the year of 2023, the yellow dots indicate the date of each class. First class will be held on 4th Jan (due to Tet Holiday).
Click 'going or interested' or DM us to sign up and receive notifications. You will be reminded of the upcoming classes. We need at least 4 confirmed students each session to hold the class.
