This 75-minute workshop is designed to provide gentle and supportive practices for individuals affected by cancer. Participants will engage in a gentle chair sequence, followed by restorative poses to help release stress and tension. Breathing exercises, mindfulness, and grounding techniques will offer tools for relaxation and emotional balance. This session will also include self care practices to encourage self awareness and body autonomy. Guided by Adrienne Heist, a trauma informed registered yoga teacher, who spent her nursing career specializing in oncology, hospice and palliative care.
