The very gentle movements in this class will give you much needed energy, make your body feel better and give you a mental release. The class is taught by Cathy Baxter, a cancer survivor and registered yoga instructor. She shares what transformed her life during cancer while teaching you gentle yoga poses. Masks will be required.
