Join Deanna for a six week series focusing on the principles of better balance. If you struggle with balancing in various yoga postures, and in daily living, this series will give you the tools to improve your skills. Better balance not only helps us on the yoga mat, but can help prevent falls, improve our concentration and focus, steady the mind, and more. Topics will include: Building a Strong Foundation, Stabilizing the Pelvis, Hugging the Midline, Aligning the Spine, Focusing the Gaze, Grounding Breath, and more. This series is suitable for all ability levels, and options will be given to challenge yourself as your skills improve. We will work with the floor, wall, chairs and other props as needed to support your progress.
