This is a warm and welcoming 6-week course for those who are completely new to yoga — or anyone who wants to return to the foundations with fresh eyes.
No experience needed. No flexibility required.
Just a willingness to breathe, move, and meet yourself where you are.
You’ll learn how to navigate your mat, use props like blocks and straps with ease, and feel confident entering any yoga space. We’ll also gently introduce yoga etiquette
— how to settle in, arrive mindfully, and create a space that feels respectful and safe for all.
We’ll explore the essential building blocks of yoga
— from postures and breath-work to alignment, balance, and relaxation
— in a calm and supportive space.
