Join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating yoga session perfect for beginners. Whether you're new to yoga or just looking to refresh your practice, this class is designed for all levels. Our instructor will guide you through basic poses and breathing techniques to help you find your zen. Don't forget to bring your own mat (if you have one) and water bottle. Come as you are, no previous experience required. See you on the mat!

Heather is a 200 hour YTT certified yoga teacher who will guide you through a series of breathing, movement and meditation practices designed for the beginner in the yoga space.
