This class offers a gentle, supportive introduction to yoga with a special focus on back health. It’s designed for students of all levels — including absolute beginners — who want to build strength, increase mobility, and learn how to support spinal wellbeing through safe, accessible movement.Each class includes postures to stabilize the body, strengthen the back, and align the bones with care. You’ll receive precise cueing, use props (blocks, bolsters, blankets, belts, and chairs) as needed, and be guided through thoughtful sequences that support balance and reduce the risk of strain or injury.
