A 6 Hour Immersion into Breath, Movement, Chanting, and Meditation
Anxiety is not experienced only in the mind. It lives in the breath, the nervous system, the body, the emotions, and in the unconscious patterns that shape the way we move through life.
The ancient teachings of yoga offer a deeply integrated approach for working skillfully with these patterns through breath centered movement, pranayama, mantra, chanting, and meditation.
In this experiential six hour workshop, we will explore how traditional yogic practices can help support regulation, steadiness, grounding, clarity, and inner resilience.
Drawing from the breath centered teachings of the Viniyoga tradition and the integrated practices of asana, pranayama, mantra, and meditation, this workshop is designed to help students experience yoga as a complete inner practice rather than simply physical exercise.
Throughout the day, we will work progressively through three integrated tracks:
Track One: Asana and Pranayama for Nervous System Support
Explore breath centered movement coordinated with intentional breathing ratios to help regulate the nervous system, stabilize attention, release accumulated tension, and cultivate a greater sense of grounding and internal space.
Track Two: Mantra, Chanting, and Asana Integration
Experience how sound, vibration, breath, and movement can work together to deepen concentration, quiet mental agitation, and create a meditative state within the body. Students will learn how mantra and chanting can be woven directly into breath centered movement practices.
Track Three: Pranayama, Mantra, Meditation, and the Chakras
Explore an integrated meditative practice using breath, visualization, mantra, central channel awareness, and chakra focused concentration. This portion of the workshop introduces subtle body practices rooted in traditional yogic teachings designed to support inner steadiness, clarity, and deeper self awareness.
This workshop is appropriate for dedicated students, yoga teachers, therapists, healers, and anyone seeking a deeper understanding of how yoga can support anxiety, stress, emotional balance, and inner transformation.
No prior experience with chanting or meditation is required. All practices will be accessible, progressive, and grounded in a practical and experiential approach.
