In this 3-part workshop, we will explore understanding Dharma through the lens of a queer perspective. We will specifically look at Dharma as it is presented and talked about in the Bhagavad Gita. Reading this text is not a requirement for this workshop, but you may find this helpful for your own personal journey. We’ll also be integrating other yogic practices, including developing a sankalpa around your Dharma, asana, and mantra meditation. For this workshop, you do not need to have any previous understanding of Dharma or yogic practices, and you do not need to be an expert in LGBTQIA to attend this workshop.
This will be a 3-part workshop with each session lasting an hour and a half.
Price is sliding scale $35, $40, or $45.
