Yoga for a New Beginning

Hosted at Green Acres, Morris IL, this event will be led by yoga instructor, Sarah Musick of The Fitness Bar. She will guide us under this beautiful pavilion on Green Acres Farm, Morris, IL.

Registration at 6:30pm

Yoga at 7- 8pm

Relax for an hour following to appreciate this lovely setting.

BYOB and/or food allowed.

The Purpose behind the Fundraiser:

We were founded January 9, 2016 by Tammy Reyes & Tabitha Kosch. Our mission is to empower women through pantry items for daily living, encouragement, and life coaching. Women can discover more about self-esteem, self-worth, and many other topics. Our coaches listen & encourage with a non-judgmental perspective. LIfe This is our 8th year empowering women. Our current needs are for donations of pantry items, monetary donations, and store volunteers. Also, if you are interested in handing out pantry items on a scheduled basis as a Wellness Coach, call our Women's Center Director at 815-513-5729.

Thrift Store Hours: Monday - Friday 10 am - 4 pm
Our Store in run by volunteers. All merchandise is donated from the community to sell. The proceeds from the sales of merchandise go directly to stock our Women's Center pantry with items as well as rent/utilities to keep location open. All proceeds stay within this location. We are always looking for volunteers to join us in our mission. Please give the manager, Tammy, a call if wanting to volunteer.

The Women's Center helps any woman, 18 years and older through Life coaching and Wellness appointments with pantry items.
1. Wellness Appointment's purpose: To receive monthly pantry items.
2. Encouragement/Mentoring Appointment's purpose: To focus on receiving information on
resources, as well as, listening, encouragement, and prayer. This program is once a month.
3. Life Coaching Appointment's purpose: To focus on learning a new skill, discovering more
of your true self and accomplishing goals. This program is twice a month.
