Yoga Flow to Kick off KC Wellness Conference

Begin the day grounded in movement, breath, and connection with a free all-levels yoga class led by lululemon ambassador Joy. Designed to center the mind, awaken the body, and gently reset after race weekend, this opening session offers a chance to ease into the KC Wellness Conference with intention and community. Class will be held outside in the parking lot so guests can enjoy the fresh air and connect with nature as they flow. Rain or shine, we’ll meet on the mat.
