Yoga Flow + Journaling

Welcome to our first event of 2025! Winter is starting to winter — colder weather, short days, snow dusting our backyards, & the feeling of wanting to retreat indoors. While this season can feel long and heavy and full of the reflective work, above all else it's a time for deep nourishment. We want to commit to creating a community that shows up for one another in the darkness and the light. To come together even in the depths of winter, but move gently and show yourself compassion. So if you're craving human connection in a way that also honors the winter you, then join us for a night of yoga & journaling.
