I invite you to join me and my partner for an all levels yoga flow in my “jungle” garden every Tuesday at 9:30am!
It’s not the beach but it sure is beautiful and comfortable. We have small fans and an option to practice in the shade for your comfort! I am excited to offer these classes to help our community begin to heal our bodies and minds while recovering from the hurricanes. 🙏💜
Expect an intuitively designed class beginning with centering and grounding breathwork and warm up, building to an energizing and challenging blend of hatha, vinyasa and dynamic movement and ending with a relaxing savasana accompanied by soothing sound bowls.
Classes held in my garden at my home which we lovingly call “Casa del Sol”
