Join yoga instructor Marni Prince along with fellow Shanti Kirtan musicians Todd Glacy and Jason Prince for an extra special experience of Yoga & LIVE music. This class will include a combination of gentle warm up practices along with higher energy flow-based series all supported by a variety of instruments (guitar, drums, gong and more) designed to enhance the somatic experience of breath, movement and vibration. Class will end with an extended shavasana and healing sound bath to connect participants to deeper levels of meditation, relaxation and integration.
