Connect your breath, body, and mind during Wednesday Yoga on the Guthrie Green dock. In this FREE class, you can expect to stretch and sweat through a sequence of seated and standing positions. The class is taught by a licensed YMCA fitness instructor.Yoga is open to all ages and athletic abilities.
