About the Experience

Step into a space where movement meets meaning. Dazzling Obscurity is an immersive workshop designed to bridge the gap between your physical strength and your inner narrative. We explore the duality of stillness and motion, teaching you how to find grace in the hold and harness raw power in the flow.

This is not a traditional yoga class. It is a fusion of movement, shadow integration, and breathwork. We will peel back the layers of your practice to help you cultivate a deeper, more intentional connection to your body. Come prepared to move, to breathe, and to uncover a different side of your own potential.

What to Expect

Shadow Integration: Explore movement as a tool for grounding and self-discovery.
Breath & Flow: A unique sequence combining Vinyasa, Ashtanga influences, and the heat of Breath of Fire.
The Unknown: We intentionally leave room for discovery. Come with an open mind and leave with a newfound sense of clarity.

Venue

We will be hosting this experience at the beautiful So Real Dance Studio in Houston. The studio provides the perfect atmosphere for us to lean into our movement practice with the space and energy required to fully embody the Dazzling Obscurity philosophy.
