This is Health Concierge's first wellness class - yoga, taught by none other than our very own yogi, Arletta!
Arletta got her certification in the UK (and partly trained in Tuscany!), currently teaches at Fierce Grace, all while working as a Senior Events Manager at Peppy (a specialist healthcare workplace solution).
On a more personal level, she's been navigating Endometriosis her whole life. It made her passionate about taking care of her wellness, and yoga became a core part of that journey, and why she's in the Health Concierge community.
Health Concierge is a community of women whose lives have been impacted by their health. Whether you suspect something or have a diagnosis, you've probably spent time scrolling social media for answers, talked to your friends endlessly, or trialled supplements hoping for a breakthrough. And at some point, you've probably felt let down by the traditional healthcare system.
This is why Health Concierge exists, our mission is to mobilise £100M in 10 years to improve women's healthcare outcomes, and we'd love to bring you on this journey.
Event Logistics:

- 10% of event profits go to our Women's Health Fund, which is reinvested in science, charity, and innovation
What to expect: We'll meet on the morning of the 8th to start with yoga, then head to a local café for coffee and matcha socialising ❤️
Why come: Women control or influence roughly 80% of healthcare purchasing decisions. Instead of letting life happen to us, we need to remember we have power. Join us and we'll decide together how to make a change- whilst having fun.
Who is the founding team: We're women who've been tossed around healthcare systems internationally- with Master's degrees in Science and Business, and a minor in demanding better and kicking ass.
