Come and join our friendly and accessible yoga classes. Beginners and improvers are very welcome. You can expect:✨Physical postures (Asanas)
✨Breathwork (Pranayama)
✨Meditation
✨Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation)
Yoga is beneficial for improving flexibility, strength, balance and posture as well as calming the mind and the nervous system.
