The West Baton Rouge Museum is continuing its once a month yoga practice on the last Tuesday of each month at 6:00 PM. The next class will be held on Tuesday, October 28, 2025. Classes are led by instructor, Elena Moreno-Keegan. She has a life-long passion for living well and helping others live well too. Classes will be held in the Brick Gallery. Please enter through the courtyard.All ages and skill levels are welcome, including first timers. If you don’t have a yoga mat, there are a limited amount available. Wear your comfiest clothes to participate and don’t eat the hour before. Please come and learn about the importance of stretching, proper breathing techniques, and taking the time to care for one’s self. This class is being offered as part of the Port Allen Cultural District wellness initiative programming and the West Baton Rouge Museum’s designation as a community WellSpot.
This program is FREE and open to the public. The West Baton Rouge Museum is located at 845 N. Jefferson Avenue in Port Allen, LA.
