Payton has been practicing and sharing yoga for over a decade. What began as a personal tool to stay grounded and manage stress has evolved into a core part of her life, providing consistency and balance wherever she goes.
She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Koh Phangan, Thailand, and has additional training in adapting yoga and mindfulness practices for individuals affected by trauma. This ensures her classes are safe, welcoming, and inclusive for everyone.
