EXCITING NEWS FOR THURSDAY MORNINGS IN K*ll
There is a NEW Yoga class starting in K*ll Scouts Den on Thursdays at 9:30am starting September 5th. This will be a six week course and will be ideal after you drop the kiddos to school. This will be a mixed level class and suitable for all. You bring your own mat and you enjoy an hour of movement, breath, meditation. Beginners welcome and my motto is 'motion is lotion' so if you can do everything that is being asked once you are moving you are winning.
