We will be hosting a yoga class next Wednesday starting at 6:30. Stephanie Frost will be the instructor. We will have these classes every other Wednesday evening. Please bring your own mat & water bottle. We are asking $8/person or donation. Beginners welcome!Join us for a rejuvenating slow flow yoga that will make you feel grounded and connected. As we end the practice, we will immerse ourselves with healing sounds accompanied by Himalayan singing bowls in our final resting pose. With sincerity, this sound meditation will help you destress, detoxify, and be in a complete relaxed state, leaving the space rejuvenated and free.
