Join us for a FREE yoga class & Ladies Night on May 23rd @ The Buzz Factory! The SheEO CO. is a community for women who want to grow & surround themselves with other women that are passionate about life!
We feel like the world is SO heavy right now. Summer is starting and life isn't slowing down. We decided a night with a little yoga, treats, and all our besties out there in one place is just what we needed this month! If you've never been to a SheEO event, please come and join our party!!
Attire- Comfy Yoga
Bring- A yoga mat & water bottle. (If you don't have a mat, we will have a few for people to barrow) & of course your bestie or 2!
Schedule- We will start with yoga at 6:15, please arrive a few minutes early to claim your spot. Class will be around 45 mins. This class is for anyone & everyone! If you are a beginner, never been to a yoga class, or even if you are an expert! After class we want to relax, connect, and network with all the amazing women in our community. Come hang out with us & take a night off from the chaos of the world!
The Buzz Factory will have food & beverages avalible for purchase if you'd like!
