About this Event
You do not have to earn the right to rest, connect, or recreate. Unlearn the idea that care tasks must be totally complete before you can sit down. Care tasks are a never-ending list, and if you wait until everything is done to rest, you will never rest.
Join The Book Easy for some mind and body wellness. We will visiting Fire Flow Studio for a Power Vinyasa sequence designed for all levels, modified to a lower heat with a focus on fundamental poses that will ensure a great mind and body workout.
Check in for class is at 1:45pm. We will start the class promptly at 2pm.
Bring your own mat and towel
They have a limited number of rentals if you do not have your own. You will rent these through Fire Flow Studio at the time of checkin. Rental Fees: mat $5, towel and mat $10.
Following our yoga class, we will be going to The Courtyard Brewery (1160 Camp St) for drinks and discussion on How to Keep House While Drowning by KC Davis.
